Always very helpful and professional.

They took a week to do 4 actual hours of engine work. Looks like a big shop but skeleton crew working. Owner operators' are most hurt by downtime and Whayne doesn't prioritize owner ops. Their bigger accounts take priority and each extra day they push me back costs big time. Owner ops be ready to fly out and take a vacation if you put your truck in this shop.
