Grounds where very nice, but the student housing was so so. I guess alright but I have seen better.

Nice facilities for the collegiate experience.
An extremely dirty dorm for being so new. Only two elevators for 7 floors so if you’re going down be prepared to stop at 3 or more floors. Laundry room is always crowded.
Nice lawn with updated seating areas.
Too many roommates.
