I found this dealership online as I was having a hard time finding the perfect truck. As soon as I sent in the request for info on this truck I immediately got a response from one of the nicest and informative sales person. Greg was AWESOME (wish more sales people were like him) fresh to this business he was just great and made the whole transaction smooth. My wife and I drove three and a half hours(from Ct) away but was worth every minute. Upon arrival the truck was freshly detailed and lived up to every expectation and more and I immediately jumped in to check it out and Greg was prepared with keys in hand. While entering the dealership after checking out the rig(Denali 2500hd) we were greeted by an exceptional staff everyone very pleasant. Paperwork was ready to go and be signed we were in and out very easily. Melissa was awesome as well very accommodating and super nice. I would recommend this dealership to everyone and I will definitely reach out to them when I will be in the market for another vehicle thank you guys so much!!
Only been going here for service on my car for the past year, so not a lot to go on yet. Takes more than 2 services for me to have a concrete opinion. That being said, both my experiences were positive. No extra, unexpected costs or repairs and dealing with the service representatives was professional, pleasant and without deception. The new service area has a Starbucks with free coffee, drinks and snacks (all for free when getting service done) which is really nice. I dealt with Angela and she was fantastic but overheard the others and they all seemed knowledgeable and polite. Will be back again for sure.
My husband purchased a new to him car in January and in July someone pulled out in front of him totaling his Equinox. Well let me tell you how above and beyond John and Sarah went to get us an approval and into another new to him Equinox before our time in the rental vehicle was up and even offered to take care of returning the rental for us. They made the whole stressful situation so much easier. 10/10 recommend John and Sarah at Patriot Buick GMC
