Great company and fantastic service. Have used there service for 15 years. We started out with rental water softener in 2005 when we moved to AZ. After 2 years we purchased a softener unit. After 13 years the unit failed to work. When we called to get it repaired the unit would have been more than we wanted to pay and a new unit wasn't in the budget. We were told about there rental program. WOW we were impressed and went with the service. This is the best way to have soft water without the Hassel.

I have been wanting soft water for a while and finally took the plunge. Our hard water corroded our faucets and my skin was always dry. So glad we swapped! Boyett’s service was top notch. Hayden came to our house and explained everything to us even though we hadn’t committed to using them yet. After another week or two of thinking about it, we had our system installed. Everything went smoothly and we are enjoying their service!
We had our RO/Magnesium system installed 2 weeks ago and couldn’t be happier. The installation tech came out and installed our new kitchen sink faucet and was able to hook up the preexisting line to our fridge. Now we have cold water and ice that is fresh tasting and clean. We were going through 50 gallons every 2 weeks with 5 gallon jugs. What a relief that is over. I also appreciate the extra time and going above and beyond that was spent getting our RO system set up. We also have the soft water system and that is great also.
We have been putting up with hard water for years. My neighbor told me about Boyett’s Family Water Treatment Service. I contacted them and Hayden explained the installation and billing process, and we set up an appointment for a tank installation. The serviceman was very polite and explained everything I need to know. I could not believe the difference in the water quality. After 3 days my dry and itchy legs were clear. I can’t say enough Boyett’s Family Water Service.
Very pleased with the installation. My wife and myself retired in 2017 and bought a mobile home in a 55 community. We winter in AZ and live up north in the summer. On Nov. 2020 we decided to call Boyett's water treatment and get a quote. Hayden came out and gave us a quote to install a portable exchange tank system and take out an old water softener that hadn't been used for years. The installation went great and after 1 1/2 hours we had soft water. With the portable tank exchange we don't have to worry about buying and loading salt in a tank. They come and exchange a tank once a month which is nice.
