Wayne was very kind, friendly, and professional. He clearly explained his findings to me. When there was a question about the cost due to a miscommunication during the scheduling, he encouraged me to call the office and patiently waited while things were cleared up. Nick T was super helpful and knowledgeable about my heating system. I am a renter and was having issues with the heater in my new house, and Nick was able to show me what was wrong, explain why it was wrong, and provide advice about repair (which is definitely needed). I cannot say enough how much I appreciate the house call on New Years Day, and how quickly my issue was fixed! I will definitely use Boyle Energy again in the future!
