I used the online feature to book a cab ride with All Transportations on 9-12-20. I got an email confirmation saying someone would call shortly and confirm by phone. No one did. I called them on 9-13-20 and a man answered. He sounded disinterested and didn't seem to understand what I meant when I said I wanted to confirm. He did confirm my address and my destination (which is a bit more than 1/2 mile away - (Doctor's appt). Today, 9-14-20 he called me at 1:25 pm and said he was outside waiting - sounded irritated (I booked for 1:40 pm but went right out). His van was hot and uncomfortable and he made no effort to greet me. As per our call the previous day, I told him I was using a credit card and he said it would be a 20 min. Nowhere on the company site does it talk about minimums, nor did he say that when I called. He said the minimum for cash was 12. As it happens, I only had 10 in cash on me and when I told him the website advertises a different rate, he got irritated and said he couldn't take me for free. I told him I was reporting the company to the BBB, and he told me to go ahead. I had to reschedule my appt. and am still boiling mad at this horrible service. Honestly, I would avoid this company unless you're desperate.

This service is awesome! Very affordable and the drivers come on time. They have clean cabs and the drivers are nice enough to help carry luggage. Overall this is a reliable service and i recommend it to everyone.

No taxi signs... No tarif rates ... No machine to tell you how much it will cost .. Plus he really insist in getting paid cash even if i ask credit card on the phone and before entering the taxi Basically it isnt a taxi You need to negociate a fix price no receipt
