I contacted Basic Pool Supply and Repair because I needed help with my pool pump making noise. They had some very good reviews, so I e-mailed them. Bob got back to me right away and even though my home was a little bit out of their area, he sent his tech over to take a look. I have been battling cancer for just over a year, and the whole pool system was really a mess from lack of maintenance and I was a little embarrassed at how it looked. George was so nice and said not to worry and made me feel really good about this company. He explained the best items for replacing the pump, filter, and a few other needed items. They got me the quote the next day. I approved the quote and they installed everything the day after. This company has really great service and they explain everything to you. I couldn't be happier and would recommend them for your pool repairs.

Bad Business. Stay Away! Watch out for Olen Miles. Wow. Worst contractor ever. He just was arrested again in Dec 2015 -- do not do business with this liar! Beware, you will be disappointed even stepping foot into this nasty little poor pathetic pool store.

Working from home during quarantine has really shown me how LITTLE this company really does each week. The technician is typically here for under 10 minutes and the pool is left with yellow walls, yellow stairs and debris floating on top and debris still on the bottom. They do NOT do what their weekly service list entails and our experience with them has been nothing short of disappointing. We’ve reached out to them with our concerns and nothing has changed. Your pool should not be dirty as the pool technician is leaving after a cleaning and ours is EVERY time. I would not recommend this company.

Highly recommend the guys at Basic Pool Supply. I was in need of a new filter and pump for my pool. I spent time getting a few quotes from different companies. Basic Pool Supply was by far the most thorough and responsive. They really took the time to talk me through everything and answer any questions. They were also the best priced. They were equally as thorough when it came time to get the job done. They did a high-quality installation of my new equipment and took the time to walk me through everything and show me how to use the new equipment. Found them through a friend who used them for an install as well, who also had a great experience with them. I VERY HIGHLY RECOMMEND BOB AND THE BASIC POOL SUPPLY TEAM for any job, big or small.

New Owners Bob has the best prices and service. The Place is a small hole in the wall on a strip mall. But the service is first class and they can order items for you. The Home Service with George is also first class he knows his stuff glad I found them
