Teller was Very very rude and then she got the name wrong on cashiers check and was very disrespectful that she had to do this. I will avoid this bank at all cost. Terrible service and bad attitude.
Worst customer ever worst place for business don’t ever go there I had to close my saving today because of very poor customer service young black lady was very rude had no understanding clearly she doesn’t like her job her expressions told me she hated her job... I will never recommend that place to anyone PLEASE DONT EVER GO THERE
BB&T has merged with Suntrust bank which makes theses banks the worst ! Covid 19 will run them down like they ran and still run us customers down with those fees and wrong deposits or rude customer service thumbs down
