Extremely rude staff member. My son needed an X-ray and when we got there they were having computer problems and couldn’t input my insurance card information. When we returned later, it was completely empty but we sat waiting for an extended amount of time. When I asked, in a very friendly way, how much longer it was going to be, I was rudely lectured about how we were walk in’s and didn’t have an appt (uh, because you couldn’t take us before...) Then, when I returned to get the images to bring to the orthopedic doc, I had received the call from them that the disc was ready to pick up at 11:55. No mention of office closure for lunch. I arrived shortly after that and door was locked but receptionists were right there. I knocked and they told me the office was closed for lunchtime (also no signage on the door saying when the office is closed for lunch). I told her through the door that I just needed to pick up a disc and she snapped at me that I had to wait until 12:30. I will not return the there.

Such an amazing experience I went to the ultrasound location for Bethesda! The sign-up process was really quick and easy the front desk was very sweet and once in the back with the ultrasound tech she was a pleasure to speak to and so informative! Thank you again for an easy and great experience
