I usually don't write reviews but I just want to say my experience this year was fantastic. The tech Vanessa was so relaxing and cheerful, she made this stressful procedure less scary for me. I also liked the new summary card which explained my procedure. Good work ladies!!!

Don't go here if you need an ultrasound! My doctor sent me here for an ultrasound because I have gallstones and he wanted to see how many I have and the size of them. Although they gave the results to my doctor pretty quick, the report didn't say how many I have or the size! I'm wondering who is reading these reports a 12 year old!! Also, after just about 2 weeks, they still haven't gotten the information needed to my doctors office after they called twice for the info. I will be reporting them to my insurance company and hopefully they will lose their contract with them.Also, to make matters worse, they had OVER A MONTH to check with my insurance company to see what they would pay. When I went in, there was no charge, however, now I just got a bill for 104.18. This should have been checked BEFORE my appointment.

I had an 8:15 am appointment for a follow up mammogram. I waited an hour, watching one person after another being taken back. No one bothered to explain why there was a delay or even acknowledge that I was there. This is the second time this happened, although this time I walked out without having the study. I will not go back here, even after being seen here for years.

I would not recommend anyone go to this facility. My doctor referred me to have a breast ultrasound done here and the experience was unsatisfactory and unprofessional from beginning to end. The staff is very unorganized and don’t seem to care about doing things the right way. The technician did not act compassionate and just seemed to rush through my procedure. She did not seem to be very thorough or even bother to explain anything to me about the test. The staff cancelled my first scheduled appointment because I did not have my previous images available, and this was because their scheduler failed to notify me to bring it. Then when I rescheduled and brought my imaging, the radiologist stated in the report that there were no previous images available to compare!!?!??? They are obviously not concerned with their patients health or with wasting their patients time. I will not be returning to this facility.

I recently had a breast ultrasound with Sylvia and she is professional, compassionate, kind and a wonderful ultrasound technician. I would wait hours to have her do my test and look forward to seeing her on my annual visit. Thank you again Sylvia for taking such great care of me!
