Always understaffed, poorly managed branch. Sandy is always nice and it's not her fault that waiting times exceed 20 minutes for a simple cash deposit. Drive thru window never worked ,they're blocking it with their cars ,making sure no one is brave enough to bank through the window. ATM's malfunctioned several times, so i've stopped using them. Clearly the management doesn't care about these issues, i'm not sure why is this location still open.
Opened an account today. I was treated very well. Debra was easy to work with. This bank has some excellent promotions that dont require a direct deposit
Used atm machine, branch has been closed for months.
I only come here once a month but the single line is always long and the drive thru wasn't open for years. Tellers are nice but they're understaffed. One of their ATMs eat 200 during a deposit, it was a royal pain to get it back.
