This store is a family owned company, the prices were very good, the employees are honest and trust worthy and excellent customer service. Michael came to my condo with different samples and I was able to choose the best one. The installation was excellent and the install people were efficient, professional and worked in a timely manner. The floors came out beautiful and I am happy with the work. What AMAZING service I received from Adam. When he heard my story he dropped very to help me out of the bind Flooring King left me in. Everything he said he would do, he did. Things they said would take days or weeks, Adam had done in hours. I have had the opportunity to speak with the owners (his parents) and the installers, EVERYONE has been super nice. My floors go down today, just two days after the initial call and the day before all my belongings arrive. Florida Flooring and Adam saved the day! Even though he knew I didn’t want to spend a lot and that it was only a small amount of flooring, he treated me like I was the most valuable customer they have. Their price was more than fair, their service is outstanding and they are some of the nicest people you’ll ever deal with. I can’t recommend Florida Flooring enough, you won’t be sorry if you choose them for your flooring needs. UPDATE: The floor went in and is beautiful. The installation crew was as amazing as everyone else. They went above and beyond to get the job done in one day. I could not be happier with the entire experience from beginning to end. My floors came out gorgeous and perfectly priced. Took 2 guys and 2 days who went above and beyond. Communication was great. Highly recommend. Thanks for everything. Only suggestion.... please note if you’re getting a quarter round on your floors, they do not paint over the nails. You have to do that.
