I have been at MD Now in other locations for the past years, I had very nice experiences, except for this location at Boynton Beach west !! Front Desk staff were not only NOT friendly with customers, but rude as well !! They wouldn’t even looked at you when talking to you . I work in the field so I know!!! 1/6/21 appointment at 5:30 !! The front desk is the first and most important impression in a medical office that is why is so important for the front staff to be nice , respectful, and friendly. Then we went inside and the nurses were just amazing.

My big problem is the wait time. I had an appointment for an exam and a Covid test as I am symptomatic. I was feeling very ill and they made me wait for 2 1/2 hours. I’m sure you can appreciate that when you don’t feel good that is an excessive wait. Every time you ask the ladies up front how much longer, they tell you you’re next even though it took them another hour and 15 minutes to see me. However the NP that saw me was so kind, thorough and lovely. The doctor came in to apologize for the long wait. Why make an appointment when they tell you they don’t go by appointment. That was yesterday and today I have a fever of 103 yet I am too fearful to go there as there is no way I could sit and wait another two hours feeling the way I do. I understand that so many people want to get tested before they go to family but if they could triage and see people that are actually sick, that would be very helpful. I just don’t think I could ever go back there (by the way this is the third visit in three months and the wait time was horrible each visit).

Went for a cold-19 test. Left with instructions to go directly to the emergency room for treatment of pulmonary embolism. 5 hours in the emergency room and an expensive CAT scan later no embolism or any other disorder was found. I was told I had been under stress. Nice one guys. Thanks for nothing. Heavy duty incompetence all around..

I went to get an employer UA. The employer sent me to their exact location. They tried to tell me I had to pay 50 dollars. They lady came out with an attitude too. I went 3 miles down the road to another MD now and they got me in right away. They even told me they get a lot of complaints about this location. BTW: it was the clinical manager who told me. Someone who should know better, but doesn't, is in charge of billing. Idiots.

Waited for nearly 3 hours this evening. Extremely disappointed that staff did not advise of excessive wait time or provide any updates. Will be trying a different urgent care provider next time.
