The absolute best experience. Juan chose excellent speakers for our televisions and we just kept upgrading to the best Samsung TV sets. He was really patient with us since we also took advice from our grandchildren. He started when he said he would and just worked on the systems until all was done. Extremely polite and honestly lovely. And his helper was the best. Very smart. If we were unsure how to work the controls I would call and always got the polite answer. Also very honest. Towards the end JUAN told me I had a credit because I had paid for kitchen speakers and didn’t take them so I am always surprised with such honesty. We put extra speakers in the bedroom instead of money. There is so much stress When you move into a new apartment and the last thing you need is more stress. This installation was honestly stress-free. I highly recommend official solutions and Juan. His helper Taylor was the best. Annette and Sam MAndel.
