Lazy company, cheap ceo. They can’t afford to update their answering machine or website. It’s clearly states walk in welcomed. I needed blood work for my doctor. I decided to ride my bike 45 min. When I got there they told me they don’t welcome walk in/ then on way home accident and almost killed. What happen if I did die? All because Quest was too cheap to update their voice mail or have someone answer the phone. I wouldn’t have been on road. Butterfly effect.....

I am in the medical profession and am always looking for people that like their jobs and treat patients with respect. While sitting in the waiting room, a gentleman came in asking for his lab results. David took the time to explain to him the procedure and was very patient doing so. I was impressed!. He's a keeper.

I just wanted to give a shout out to David who did an excellent job taking care of me. I did not have an appointment and walked in at three o'clock. I brought my book and was pleasantly suprised that i only had to wait about 30 min. I am very hard to get blood from but he was very good at his job and has a good sense of humor which takes the stress away. Just wanted you to know that i appreciate your hard work and great attitude

I work as a home health nurse and I drop off labs at many Quest and labcorp locations. By far this is the quickest and best location. The people I have dealt with have always been professional and pleasant. I agree that the waiting room is small but I have never seen it so full that everyone cannot sit down. I was waiting forever today at the Quest location at Military and Linton just to drop off and left there to drop at this location since I knew it would be quick. They called me up in about 2 minutes. Thanks for always making it pleasant and fast since I get paid a small flat fee for dropping off labs.

These so called phlebotomists couldn't find a vein with X-ray vision and an ultrasound machine. STAY AWAY!
