I think that Nancy Jackson is the best!. She is so attentive when I call and keeps track of all of my interests. She has great recall of what has been discussed and works diligently to accomplish my goals. She always keeps me updated on changes in the market and what to expect. I would not hesitate in trusting her with any of your personal or business real estate needs. Nancy made my first time buying a home the best it could be, even during a pandemic! As I moved from Mississippi to Boynton Beach to continue my schooling, Nancy made sure I was well taken care of. She was very consistent in her help and always responded quickly. I had many questions throughout the process as it is very new to me and Nancy happily explained everything to me. I even had issues with my title company which Nancy was quick to step in and straighten everything out. We have known Nancy and her real estate company for 20 years. the first time she helped us sell our home in Lake Charleston in 8 days. Now she has helped us sell our home here in Boynton Beach on the Intracoastal waterway. Nancy is very detailed from the very start of the process, researching comps so we could correctly price the sale of our home vs those of our competition. Her photographer did a super job in the pictures so she could create very colorful and informative brochures that helped in the sale. She went into the slightest detail in staging our home even suggesting we change a toilet seat color so it would add harmony to the room.:) Another very important strong point is her communication skills, in that she constantly kept us informed of feed back from potential buyers and at the same time was very easy to contact and would quickly return our calls if she was busy. Lastly she is very professional and could be trusted to do what was right for us, the sellers, and not just take the first offer that was made. I live in NJ and inherited a condo in Boynton Beach. My property was handled by Dawn Ostovich of Osto Property Management, but I wanted to sell. Dawn recommended Nancy without hesitation. Nancy turned out to be a gem. Unfortunately, I never met personally but I was treated like we knew each other for a lifetime. Nancy would call about every week until we sold the condo. This was my granddaughter’s first time looking for property as she was starting her Masters degree at FAU in the fall and we wanted to see about buying something instead of renting. During this time, she was still working on her undergraduate degree in Mississippi, and of course we were in the middle of a Pandemic . Given all this, Nancy was remarkable, together with some back and forth research on possible options she was able to give us a number of items to look at when my granddaughter was able to travel back to Florida. From viewing, inspections, process questions to just plain reassurance; Nancy was always there to answer any and all question we had, all the way up to closing and well after. Even questions about making the first payment, Nancy answered questions even while on a boat over the weekend. I can not say enough good things about Nancy and the whole process, she made purchasing the condo for my granddaughter a pleasant and successful experience.
