This company has been a Major Help To me. Ive been struggling to pay for my medications for a long time now and i never knew places like this exist. The process was quite simple and i was able to get my medication for a fraction of what i used to pay, even with my Insurance. The Enrollment Department Was Very Helpful and there customer service team made it very simple for me.Thank you so much RX helper!!

I suffered a brain tumor 10/14 6 surgeries in 3 yrs. so many medications I couldn't keep track of. It's well worth the price! Excellent customer service. Very prompt in return calls. Meds arrive on time. So grateful for this service

I have been working with this company since July trying to get my inhaler. After 160.00 and no medication I have contacted this company on several occasions and always had to wait on hold for at least 30 minutes each time and been told a bunch of lies. Promises that were never followed through and after a lot of wasted time and frustration, I have cancelled my membership. I even spoke with a "supervisor" Mark Escobar who convinced me to stay with them and give him the opportunity to correct the situation. Mark was going to call my doctor's office himself and make sure that this was handled properly. Mark never called because "our call volume is so high, I did not have time". Well then you should not make promises you cannot fulfill. I am now out 160.00 and got nothing but frustration for it. This "business" is a joke and a bunch of con-artist who have no problem taking people's money and giving nothing in return. I asked for a refund for the two payments for medicine I never received and of course that is not possible. Beyond frustrated!

I've been using this service for many months and I can't tell you how much I appreciate everything they do for me. They have and still continue to listen to all of my needs and exceed my expectations. This service is a huge weight lifted off of my shoulders. I would be lost without them. Huge shout out to The RX Helper, the best company and I highly recommend them!

They told me that I had two weeks in which I could cancel and get my 60 registration back. I have witnesses to that being told me. I had a bad feeling about it all and sent a cancellation letter the next day. Just got a call they're keeping my 60. How can they steal a half a weeks groceries off us on top of all else we're going through. Enjoy my grocery money, enjoy spending it. Obviously the two weeks to cancel thing is just a ploy to get you signed up.

They have been charging my account for a year and a half for a subscription to their service without a current prescription, since over a year. They claimed that they sent us the application for 2016 to the corrected address but they never followed up with the missing application they just resumed automatic deductions. though he stated they tried to contact us, we do not have email of his reported emails. When we inquired about this, Fred (no last names), supposedly the supervisor, reversed one month charge. one month 50 for me and 900 for them, for no service rendered. Very cheeky. when asked for the CEO he could not transfer me. We have severed our relationship with this company, and will be filing a Better Business Bureau complaint.

I would give RxHelper 0 stars if possible. They did absolutely nothing for me and took my money anyway!!! I mailed them all of the required information, and they just kept sending me emails telling me that they never got my information. I called them about 8 times- always being put on hold, and everyone I talked to told me that they couldn't find my record. I just called them to cancel, and they were happy to do that, but I will not be getting a refund because the "time period had lapsed." What a terrible company. Don't use them for help with your prescriptions. They are terrible and their service is awful. Don't sign up with them unless you have money to burn!!!!

DO NOT GIVE THESE LIARS AND THIEVES ANY MONEY OR ANY OF YOUR TIME!!! SCAM SCAM SCAM!!!! If I could rate this organization a zero I would. They gave me the run around and charged me for medication I never received!!! They said this was because I never faxed in the application. I faxed the application three separate times to them. When I called last, they yelled at me and mocked me for wanting my medication! Unbelievable!!! They then humiliated me and made fun of me! AGAIN DO NOT GIVE THESE LIARS AND THIEVES ANY MONEY OR ANY OF YOUR TIME!!! The above statement is my personal opinion based on my experience with The Rx Helper
