I have known and worked with Shay on both personal and work situations. As a professional, I could tell you that Shay is dependable and very reliable. If Shay tells you she is going to handle a project or situation, she means it. Shay has always stuck to her word in every situation. I reality did not want to go through this process of mediation because it was new to me and I was very intimated by just saying the word \mediation\. I have never done mediation. During the process Shay was absolutely professional and she knew so much about the steps that both parties needed to take in order to make this process easy and without a conflict. She did not rush both parties. She was patient with us both. She was honest, and fair on both sides. I could not have asked for a better mediator. Many times I've called her with tons of questions regarding the process and how things will be after and many times she would return my calls and answer my concerns. She just made this hard process better for both parties. She has inspired me beyond measures! And it was my ex who found her! So, this was a bittersweet situation.

Well if you’re looking for someone to agree with you on everything then go pay an expensive attorney to make you feel good. But if you’re looking for a fair and honest person , then Shay is the person for you. She doesn’t choose sides and does what is fair for both sides. I didn’t get everything I thought I deserved and I’m sure the other side feels the same way. That’s how good Shay is at her job. Now it’s time to rebuild again.
