This store appears completely mismanaged \\_(ツ)_/. Expired food items, moldy tortillas & empty shelves are unacceptable. I'm not sure where the other people reviewing this who claim well stocked shelves shopped at but I couldn't find many items I get at other Walmarts. This place was a complete mess. I even heard the employees complaining to each other.

The shelves were well stocked. Clean & orderly. Customer service is reason for 3 stars. Check out lines were too long. Not wanting to wait l went on self service scan. Plastic bags were extremely difficult to pry open. Toward completion one item did not have a price. I turned to the soap call assistant staff nearby. She suggested that I leave all of the items I had already passed through the register and go to the back of the store to get the price. I asked her for a manager. She responded there were no managers available. It was not until I was persistent that a manager finally came over. This caused the scanning line to be as long as the checkout lines. Not a pleasant experience for me at all. I plan to avoid this particular Walmart.

Store was clean and organized at the time I was there. Check out was quick. I only had two items so went to self checkout and the lady working that area was helping people with everything, even missing prices and such very quickly. I know timing is everything, but I have been there at different times over many years and this store is consistently pretty easy. This year I didn't need the video game section, but past experiences bring back no bad memories, just a few wait times that were really not the end of the world. Every store has moments when you may have to wait for someone to become available when there are other shoppers competing for their time, so just know what you need so when you get your turn they can just grab out what you need and you can be on your way.

Very crowded, but I expected that. Used the \scan n go\ app for the 1st time. I thought it was like Sam's Club scan n go, but it is not. You scan your items, then you have to go to the self check out and scan the bar code. Then you can purchase your items. Not what I expected. The purpose of the scan and go is to not wait in line. But with Walmart scan n go, you have to wait in line in order to complete your purchase.
