We have had insurance through Tim McAlpine's office for nearly 20 years. Our premiums have been withdrawn automatically through most of this time, but we recently discovered that has ceased. We called Tim's office to see why and now we are told we had been sent a termination via certified mail. Here's the kicker, we never received any mailing nor did we sign for any mailing and are now getting the "run-around". I'd like to say they provided great customer service but quite simply can't, based on this recent development. I'd strongly suggest using a different company based on our experience. Hopefully we can get some kind of resolution.
