Wish I could give this NEGATIVE stars! Two guys showed up. After looking here and there for 2 minutes in backyard and without checking anything they come to conclusion controller is bad. I asked them did you test the sprinklers are working and if you can show me he said yes we tested and it's working and controller is wrong. I asked again if you can show me which he couldn't and replied to me very rudely . They didn't even open the controller to see wires are connected right and power is coming or not. I asked the guy to check the controller and again very rudely he tried to open it but couldn't. He didn't;t even knew how to open the controller. Finally they come up with controller and price to install 350 which i declined. Charged me 95 for 30 minutes and didn't resolve my issue. I am calling the number I called to schedule appointment and it's not responding my calls now. Total Scam.
