The one staff member I dealt with was friendly and good. Rooms are a bit dated but they are roomy and comfortable. The pool is nice and heated and the kids really enjoyed it. Lots of seating under the building overlooking the beach and pool area. Several outside games to play and an outside barbecue area. I would recommend staying here. It’s just a little pricey for what you’re paying for versus what you get. Not all rooms they have face the beach so if you want to beach facing room make sure you specify. They have a door off your room you can open overlooking the beach but no deck To sit on and relax. That you can sit on the patio under the hotel overlooking the beach.
First of all Matty the front desk lady was very friendly and welcoming, but for the amount of money the charge there is some things the can improve on. The towel size (too small) the TV did not worked properly, no phone in the rooms, no one at the counter after 6pm, not enough toiletries or towels (specially if you close at 6pm ) the shower curtain was moldy (health issue), WI-FI did not worked. I will not stay there anymore...
And do not recommend this overpriced room, a small room for 2 nights 781.93 then there was surprise charges afterwards because they keep your credit card number on file forever to charge fees after you exit, absolutely no knowledge of the add ons no signature needed they just added 125 extra without any explanation or signature needed. Please go somewhere else avoid the headache, the room I stayed in was noisy starting at 6 am no sleep, and I could of saved a lot more nearby and actually returned rested, uncomfortable bed if you stay here psy cash do not pay with s credit of debit it can be used against you. We discouraged several of our close friends from staying there because we care.
Location and beach access are great, and the staff was friendly. The room could have been cleaned a little better and the Wi-Fi didn't work for the first two days but they did call the internet company who came out to fix it the day before we left.
Friendly staff makes sure your stay is enjoyable. Clean rooms right on the beach and the pool is heated for those times when the gulf is too chilly. Will be coming back to stay with them again.

The staff @ the Island Dream Inn are some of the best we have ever encountered. They are extremely friendly & welcoming. The facilities are a great value for the cost. We had a great time & would recommend it! Again, we can’t say enough about the staff - they were fantastic!!!! Five stars !!!
