The battery went out in my truck and wouldn’t start. I notified Bullet Towing of my situation and a very polite gentleman by the name of Collin arrived and fixed everything!! What amazing service he provided as well as the dispatch personnel who took my information. Thank you for the outstanding service provided by this company!! Will definitely recommend and call again if service is required.

This car was a blessing. So were they. Quick responses. 1 year 6 months that I'm so greatly grateful to have had have to mention... Walked out feeling much better than the moment she wasn't running Good people and effective communication. They made sure I wasn't entirely down and out and for puttting in the effort of solid thorough communication back; I felt better after calling and I'm super grateful for that pleasant return. I wasn't given any run around and got a scrap for a great rate!
For some reason my vehicle broke down on I75 in Bradenton. I was stranded on the side of the road. I called Bullet Towing and spoke with a very kind gentleman who kept me calm and sent me assistance which arrived in approximately 20 minutes. I had the pleasure to meet the driver Chad who was so professional and polite and towed my vehicle to the dealership. Thank you so very much to Chad and Bullet Towing for your outstanding service. Awesome!!! Bullet towing transported my classic 68 Chevy Nova from a storage facility to my permanent residence. Although the distance wasn't far, the 2 gentlemen that completed the move were friendly, courteous and professional. They took such good care of the car as if it were their own. They knew exactly what to do and how to move it without a hitch. This was my dad's pride and joy, many fond memories of him working on it. Now she's home with me. I am truly grateful!!
I haven't had to use too many towing companies in my days but I will say that this was the BEST company I have ever dealt with! I have a low riding Porsche Boxster that cannot be towed with a normal truck and to get on a flatbed without scratching the bottom is almost impossible! These guys towed it without a scratch! I highly recommend them and will use them again if needed.
