I came in to Jess Jewelers with a general idea for my mother’s necklace. Ken worked with me and he knocked It out of the park! He answered every call and email quickly. As picky as I tend to be, he confirmed every detail, even to the placement of birthstones stones before finalizing it.The price was very fair, especially considering all the fine details, the amount of stones, CAD design and quality. I couldn’t be any happier. I 100% recommend Jess Jewelers and particularly Ken Alicea.

Loved this jewelry store!! Amazing estate pieces, unusual contemporary pieces, large selection of pieces not seen at chain stores like Kay or Macy’s, and very friendly and capable staff. On top of that, it’s easy to find and parking is right behind the store. Great practice of photos and detail description on receipt, and excellent effort to work with me on transforming broken pieces and estate pieces into products I will be happy to wear. Short turnaround time for repair as well as the custom work I wanted, and fair pricing. Again, loved this store!

The associates were knowledgeable, welcoming and polite. I needed a ring resized, and it was done in a timely manner for a reasonable price. It was a more complicated double band ring that came back looking better than new. Very high quality work. I have been looking for a local jeweler rather than going to a chain. They have a beautiful store with lots of one of a kind pieces and a down to earth staff. I think I found my go-to shop. I will definitely be doing business with them in the future. I highly recommend them.
