I would give this place more stars if I could! The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. They even called me the next day to check up on how my cat was doing. Very reasonably priced, and my pet was able to be seen immediately (in comparison to other places with 3 hour waits). The vet was very thorough in explaining what was going on and the tests/treatment options available. Would 100% recommend.

I cannot express my sincere gratitude for how well the entire staff took care of my cat. Unfortunately because of his illness we had to make the decision to put him down, and they clearly told me my options, answered all of my questions and took care of him in such a peaceful and dignified way. It made our last memories with him so nice. I will be coming back here with all of my pet care needs. Thank you for such kindness and compassion in such a difficult time! Attached is a paw print they made for us to keep and remember our Oliver.

I never write reviews, but this place is something else...This is not a REAL Pet EMERGENCY Clinic. I waited over 4 hours and wasn't seen for my pet. I was never called or updated on the status of the wait. I watched 6 cars come after me and leave before me. I watched them take in pets that came after me, but they never came for my dog. It seems that they are only picking \certain\ people to help. My dog was in terrible condition with an unknown itch that was making her devour herself. She couldn't eat or sleep and her body was swollen, but I guess that wasn't important enough for them to see her. The receptionist told me a wait of 1-2 hours and I was there for nearly 5 hours. Don't bring your pet here if you have a REAL EMERGENCY or ARE A BLACK PERSON.

Simply the best! Fast, friendly, efficient, and reasonably priced. My pup ate an exotic mushroom from my yard yesterday and things went downhill quickly. I wAs able to get her to our regular vet before they closed at noon for a shot to stop the vomiting. But as the day progressed, bloody stools and lethargy set in. I called the clinic....took her over. Joey, the tech. Came out to the car to do paperwork...took her in while we waited in the car and within 29 minutes we had a diagnosis and plan....giving my inpatient and outpatient options from the vet. We chose to leave her overnight for an IV drip. Joey sent us photos through the night and this morning at 7:50 am, the vet called to tell us she had rallied and we could come pick her up! They even REFUNDED 25% of the estimated payment I’d given them last night. Remarkable folks! Scooby and I say “thanks!” and we will recommend you to all we know!

I am so very glad that we found this ER, when we needed it most. Our sweet boy Maverick had reached the end of his struggle with Cancer and the staff & Dr. Ross helped us send him peacefully across the Rainbow Bridge. Everyone there was so wonderful and we will never be able to thank them enough for the compassion they showed us and our boy Maverick.
