Some of the bus drivers are just straight-up jerks. Keith is a really awesome guy I can tell you that much. I mean it's a bus station, so you get a good share of weirdos hanging around. But just put some headphones on even if you're not listening to me so I can most people won't come up and ask you if you have money or cigarette or whatever
Very good service. Most of the time always on time except in conditions out of bus drivers control.
I continue to be frustrated by the lack of improvement to the MVRTA website, and the continued lack of a version specifically for phones. I use it almost everyday, and almost always want the Andover 21 schedule. It strike me, that schedules is what most users want. -john
