The bagels were delicious, but the layout inside is a mess. A confusing and chaotic flow, with a strange and massive self-serve coffee bar island in the center of the place. A dirty aquarium sits on top of an unappealing prep food display. And cash only in 2018, with no signage stating this policy!?

I was told this was one of the best bagel places in the area, but it certainly is not. My bagel was okay, but the coffee was mediocre, the service took forever, it's cash only, and my friend got a sandwich that was terrible (bread was stale and cold, meat and toppings were generally flavorless). Really not impressed.
