Jessy was fantastic. From start to finish she helped me get into a great vehicle. She went above and beyond to make sure that the vehicle I bought was the right one for my daughter and I. I found a fully loaded Kia Soul online after test driving the base model Kia Soul and loved it. This car has everything in it. Thank you for everything Jessy!! Update**** My daughter wanted a Kia hamster, but they were out of stock. I spoke with the cashier and she said she would order me one and send it to me but it could take a few weeks. 1 week after buying the car, my daughter received a package and they sent her the Kia hamster! She was extremely excited about it!! Great customer service!!!

Unprofessional. We scheduled a test drive and of course we asked for the person who helped us on the phone waited around for ten minutes for the guy and so another sales person helped us instead and proceeded to tell us he couldn’t find the original salesperson. We wanted to drive a used car and I appreciate how honest the sales person was but he did mention the car we wanted had transmission issues. And the other car similar to it also had a check engine light on. During our time here we were asked three times to have our credit checked and kept being pushed to get a new vehicle. Disappointed in some of the staff who were not wearing masks properly or weren’t wearing one at all and talking loading on their cell phone. Would recommend going elsewhere.

Our son is a student at a nearby University. His car would not start (Kia Forte) and because of the cold we thought it could be battery related. I called this dealership and spoke to Thomas who was kind and genuinely helpful. We are in another State and were a little concerned how everything would get taken care of. The car was towed to the dealership that same morning, the battery replaced as well as a multi point inspection completed and emailed to us. Our son was able to pick his car up later that afternoon and the whole process could not have been easier. I highly recommend the service at this dealership and we are grateful for all their help in our situation.

I am so pleased with my new Kia Sportage! It is a pleasure to drive and has amazing safety and convenience features. I looked at several other models but I couldn't find anyone that matched Kia's five-year, 60,000 mile warranty. Kia of Bradley is a great place to shop for a car. I was treated in a very friendly and courteous manner by everyone that I met. Special thanks to sales manager Derek and owner Greg for their help with explaining several different financing options that helped me to stay within my budget and purchase a car that I really loved. Highly recommend!

In search of a new car I went to this dealer several times looking for a Telluride. I kind of had my mind set on this vehicle although I was comparing the Palisade. The two vehicles were so close it came down to customer service. When talking about numbers I was not able to get a printout of the price. I was made to feel that my only option was to go with the dealership's verbal price and financing. They only offered certain benefits it you finance with them and service with them. I didn't like feeling like they were not being upfront with me. Customer service could have been better. Overall I left out disappointed with the service... Word of advice don't judge a person but treat everyone like the most valuable customer.
