Brad had come out several times over the past many many years to service our 23 year old Maytag washer. Each time I would excitedly ask "is it time for a new one" and Brad's response would be " no, not yet I can fix it". Incredible knowledge and incredible service!

Called Brad with some issues I was having with washer, dryer and refrigerator. The 5 star rating led me to pick him. Very happy I did. He advised me on the phone that he felt the issues could be easily repaired. He arrived on time and just went at it efficiently and professionally. We got the the root cause of the issues and with that knowledge my appliances will work more efficiently and for many years. He even showed me a few tricks on how to clean the washer strainer. Would say he is the best !

Shortly after moving into my new house, I had an issue with my washing machine not running. Brad was very accommodating and professional in setting and making the appointment to take a look at the washer. He diagnosed the problem quickly, however he noticed another very big problem that he said I would be better off just buying a new washer. I'm grateful for his honesty and his reasonable pricing for coming out to diagnose the problem. I hope I don't have to call him again, but if I do, I'd be happy to hire him for the job!
