I LOVE BRADS. I go there for my YuGiOh's cuz it's the only place that sells them for an affordable price. I always find exactly what I need. But the store manager is a douche bag sometimes.

Disgusting business ethics and practices. Owner knowingly took pre-order money from customers and purchased OTHER products, never ordering promised pre-ordered product. Basically robbing his customers and getting an interest free loan. He lied about the entire situation for months in order to let the situation cool down. Store has been 'remodeled' with NO PERMITS. Unsafe for the children and other customers who frequent the establishment. Serves food in deplorable conditions, again with no permit. Roach-filled, unclean bathrooms. Honestly, this place should be closed down, not only for his completely inappropriate business practices, but for the unhealthy and unsafe store as well.
Not a Fan of Brad's at all. Came into the store for the first time and got to meet the Owners Rich and Denise. I must say they are very welcoming and kind, However the problem that lies within the store, Their Regulars. Seriously majority of The Regulars who hang out there need some Etiquette lessons when it comes to brand new people coming into the establishment and perhaps even wanting to play a few games of Yu Gi Oh. As well I had two friends who I brought into Brad's, wanting to spend a good 300 within the store, Unfortunately due to the attitude of the Regulars and Their constant Cheating while playing Yu Gi Oh is what made my friends not want to do Business within this Establishment. For myself the final straw within in this place was once again the regulars cheating and coaching one another while the Yu Gi Oh tournaments are happening. Due to these actions I will never recommend anyone or even want to do business with this Local Establishment again, Which is a Shame as well due to the fact that Denise and Rich are nice people.
