I have worked with Bradstreet Proper on several Real Estate Closings. As Agents they go above and beyond for their clients. They are very knowledgeable in the field of real estate which allows them to provide their clients with more than just an "agent" point of view. They are very friendly and easy to work with and make their clients feel at ease at all times. I would definitely recommend Bradstreet Proper, LLC.

Biggest mistake of our life. I wish I could give 0 stars. If I could go back in time, I would never even entertain the thought of renting a property from Bradford or anyone else at Bradstreet Proper. We are currently seeking an attorney on base for the immense hell they have put us through. From never picking up the phone and never giving us the “emergency maintenance” number to having our power shut off for over 5 days (even though we paid the bill) and making us still pay for rent in an uninhabitable rental unit. Don’t be fooled by the pretty pictures and their low prices. Their prices are low because no one will rent from them. They are a bunch of crooks that have no care in the world for the safety and well-being of their tenants.

The office representative that I spoke with was very rude and abrupt. I called to get my application status because it had been a few days past the timeframe for a response. I never received an update on my application status until I called the office. The rep had stated that he had called and left a voicemail. He could not recall the time the message was left. That was a flat out lie. When I asked questions his responses were rude as if I was holding him up. Worst experience ever!!!!!!!!!!
