I have been in contact periodically for the last 6 months with customer service for support. I received one email and Due to covid, they were limited and I completely understood. The email suggested a response period. I have just sent a monthly email in hopes to get in contact with someone. Finally found a number, but couldn't leave a message. I should just quit, but this makes it fearful to buy anything else in the future.

Braha takes care of you ! Customer support (Dave) \made it right\. I was given an Eagle Eye 3.0 drone as a gift....no receipt. One of the propellers quit rotating after 3 flights. There was a manufacturing default on the drive gear (stuff happens). Due to my negligence, I lost the part. I emailed Dave pictures of the ‘good’ gear with diagrams of what the defect had been and explained what happened. Dave sent me, at no charge, a ‘parts’ drone. I salvaged the gear and my drone is 100%. Myself and my ‘gift-giver’ are very happy. Braha cares about its customers.
bought the eagle eye drone 2.0 through the source from them. there is a 3 month warranty which you are supposed to go to the site brahaindustries.ccom for but it says the site doesn't exist of course my drone stopped working there isn't a free helpline and I'm not paying to call when i might not even get the drone replaced I'm not sure what to do but i'd like my money back and i don't recommend buying anything from them
