Bang won't start until your check clears the bank but doesn't take cards. My account rep ignored emails from my graphic designer, was unaware of the protocols for naming conventions for revisions on Bang's own website and delayed the initial book set up. I was promised the book in 6 weeks, it's been nearly 3 months and I don't even have a shipping date yet. Not impressed.
I worked on the construction of the place. We did the tile on the floors and the walls. It looked like it was going to be a very nice place but I have not seen it since it was finished.
I've used this company for several reprints of a few thousands of medical books and they have proved to be the most cost-effective printing company for bulk printing!
