Parking garage under construction. 315 temporary T-parking space across the street on Ivory Street. Drop off and pick up is right next door where you see the big white building at *** 280 Ivory Street ***. Need better signage to tell you to walk out to the Ivory Street, take a right and walk to 280 Ivory Street parking lot. That is where you will find your Uber driver, Lyft driver, or whoever you’re looking for. The only drop off and pick up in front of T-Station is for taxi cabs only and next to them you will see the white building in the background.

Like most stops on the red line, Braintree station is a bit decrepit. Staff are few and far, most I have interacted with were nice however some are pretty vile. Far from the best, but not the worst station. There is parking and handicap access.
Gotta love the mall.
Could be the absolute worst train station I’ve ever encountered in my life.. wow
Everything is late, arriving and departing. Expect it to take 2 hours to get to boston, and 2.5 hours to get back to braintree from central station. The buses here are every other hour, and late too.
