Fantastic service and surprisingly quick. Had an LG ultrafine monitor that shorted out. They were quick to diagnose the problem for my monitor and were realistic about the costs from the outset (no pressure at all). Everyone that I interacted with here were super professional and friendly. Would definitely return again.

Long story short, bought a new 70 LG tv back in May of 2020, after 5 months tv screen went blank, no picture, and could not use any apps, found out through a search, that my firmware was corrupted, since I registered my tv through the LG website, was recommended Stereo Component Services, called and they had Matt come out and take a look, pretty much confirmed the corrupted firmware, and ordered a new main board, after a month, main board was on back order, Matt came back on December 23rd, and fixed the tv, Merry Christmas to me, thank you Stereo Component Services

I was introduced to Stereo Component Services through The Home Depot as that is one of their service companies. I have had two service appointments the most recent today 6/11/20 and as before good service from friendly people! They take there time and check your appliances while asking valid questions. They are a great service company!

Brand new 60" LG UHDTV needed the panel replaced, so LG send me to these people for warranty purposes. After they performed the "repair" they made the problem worse. Have been calling and emailing for months now, Susan Romano is super professional when it comes to customer service (sarcasm), no response to my multiple emails, calls and messages. If your warranty has to be done through these people, I strongly suggest to find someone else.

Really friendly staff who know their stuff. Turnaround time is usually reasonable. Had a special circumstance within a year of a repair and though it wasn't under warranty they were nice enough to take a look at it for free. One of the last places that Services high-end TVs. Definitely worth keeping my Panasonic Plasma if they can keep it running, which they have so far.
