I usually never have any issues with Torrid. And the issue wasn't with Torrid itself, but with the staff. Upon entering the store me and my cousin weren't greeted. Which is strange because if you know Torrid, they usually have some of the best associates. And when he asked a question to one of them about a sale, instead of saying im not sure let me go check, she just said I don't know and kept on about her business. I left without buying anything. I'll stick to online.

The clothes might be a bit pricey, but it's totally worth it. They have the best clothes for plus sized women and some of the best customer service I've ever experienced.

Loveee their selection of clothes. The women who work there are very nice and helpful. They practice good covid safety precautions and are very clean.

Used to be my favorite store but all of 2020 (been there twice this year ) and I get followed. They were welcoming.. I was there a week ago to ask about a fedora hat then when they told me they don't have it, I continued to look around heading towards the undergarments then when I turned the blond switched and made a sharp left smh I got disgusted and left then when I was there early 2020 there was white male following....I going to Natick cuz Braintree isn't welcoming anymore. I am Torrid shopper online since 2005 and avid shopper from 2011 in NYC so Braintree get it together...
