Going to Jing Acupuncture was one of the best things I ever did to help with menopause hot flash issues. After going about 3 times a week for a month my symptoms completely disappeared for about 7 months. I am going back again for another round. It's an incredibly relaxing experience and look forward to my appointments Jing is very professional and her locations are spotless. I highly recommend her.

Dr. Shujing Dai is wonderful. She has helped me and two other members of my family -- her acupuncture technique has helped with a diversity of issues including back pain, tendonitis, carpal tunnel, and recovery from surgery. She is an excellent listener, responds effectively to concerns and is clearly knowledgable. Her office is clean and organized and she is always prepared for appointments. SHE is AMAZING! I had a minor sports injury which felt major at the time, and acupuncture is what cured it. I also went to another nearby Doctor, I returned back to Jing though, because Jing's Doctor did almost the same thing, but there must have been a minor tweak or difference. Every time I left feeling a dramatic change in the area and it was a great knowing I had somebody to help me effectively! HIGHLY recommend.
I really don’t know where to begin with my review because I am so amazed at how well (and fast!) I responded to the Doctor’s acupuncture treatment. I noticed immediately results (the same day, actually). Initially I wanted help with my overconsumption of sugar and carbs. However, there were other issues, too, and I feel that everything is so “connected”. Such as, I had all-day fatigue, insomnia, aches, foggy brain, lack of motivation, etc. After my appointment I went out for lunch and didn’t even want the things I would normally get. The night after my first appointment I felt tired at a normal bedtime. I wake up now before my alarm goes off, feeling refreshed. I lost the desire to overeat sugary items. I still like sugar, I just don’t need sweets every day, and in most cases I don’t want it. My mind feels beautifully “clear” and focused. My body is becoming more flexible than it has been in many years. The best way I can sum it up is that it feels like my mind, body and spirit have experienced a “reset”, and it feels AWESOME! I highly recommend Jing Acupuncture. Read her bio and you will see her high level of education and accomplishments. She is wonderful! She takes the time to really go over your file and listen to - and address - your concerns. She is very caring. And her office is clean and neat, and the rooms are comfortable.
