The only challenge I have with Genghis Grill is not overeating. The food is excellent, and there are so many options. Every time can be a different experience if you want, because you can use different sauces and seasonings. If you want everything to stay the same, just make it the same. A great choice for great food.
The most underrated food chain in history. Needs to be more of these! Great for picky eaters like me, great for those who want all the toppings like me. Great for kids. Amazing staff.
It was our first time at this place. Me and my friend stopped there because the sing \Mongolian steak\ caught our attention. The door girl was rude and lack of hospitality skills. She was unhelpful even when we informed her that it was our first time and we need more information about the dish. She gave us attitude when we asked her to apply 2 coupon that they send us themselves. Other employee were lack of enthusiasm and they looked like they don't even want to be there. They talked bad about other customer's request in front of us and even tried to charge him extra. Only one person was pleasant at this place. We think she might be the owner. The food was bad too. The steak was tough and rice were too dry. It was bad experience and waste of money. The idea of \build your own stir fry\ is good but people at this place lacks good food and service. I don't recommend this place and we are not coming back there either. The owner needs to change the staff because they are the main reason why this place is empty.

Im originally from TX and hadn't had Genghis in YEARS, but used to frequent esp for my free birthday bowl. Unfortunately that has changed to offer only 5 off (only if you spend over 30), but a discount was appreciated regardless. It didn't disappoint. Very clean. Very popular from what we saw. Lots of options at the BYOB. Plenty of fish options, pork, chicken, steak. I recommend: Large bowl w/ triple fried rice Sriracha chicken Smoked sausage Green & red bell pepper Onion *added to your sauce cup*: Salt (2 small spoons) Pepper (2 small spoons) Lemon pepper (2) Garlic (1) Island teriyaki filled 3/4 (less is more) \u003cmix the sauce and spices together IN THE CUP\u003e its legit the secret to well seasoned food bc otherwise your spice sticks to a couple pieces and is inconsistent.
