This place always confuses me on where you need to go for certain services and every employee here acts entitled like they're doing YOU a favor. Not my first choice at all and definitely not the last. I've been there twice and still didn't buy anything. Doubt I'll be back....

Buyer Beware ....I called Brandywine to look for a Tail Gate for a Dodge truck, They were a bit quick on the phone and asked me to call back the next day so I assumed they were busy. I call the next day and they have what I am looking for and the price was good so I pay for it and give them my shipping address. A week later the item is still not at my home and my card had been charged so I call them and they say it did not ship yet because they wanted to show me pictures ( They should have reached out to tell me this ) I figure fair enough and they say they are sending them now ( 11:00 Am ) no pictures come so I call back every 2 hrs and they swear they are going to send them. At 5:30 PM I call back and ask them to cancel my order which they did but got angry and hung up on me. The next day I went and picked one up much closer to me and cheaper. I did not read the reviews about this place until after I placed my order which was my mistake.

Went there and were told that the U Pull it no longer exists. Large Signs for u pull it are still on the side of the building multiple times and on the inside too. Website has no mention of this and cars were put in the inventory as of 4 days before this review. Edit: Business quickly responded with an explanation. Star rating increased
