This place is extremely petty. I bought 10 cars from here yesterday and I paid for 4 and had them bring them to the gate. When I came back to pick them up one was overheating and I didn’t have antifreeze for it so I brought came back the next day to pick it up. And they snatched the car back up and forced me to pay a 250 fine even though I still had 2 days to pick the car up before incurring a storage fee. This was an honest mistake and should have been given grace by management to waive the fee but no they made me pay the ridiculous fee. So you know the kind of people you are dealing with when you do business with this auction!

Very bad customer service I had to drive all the way from Chicago to pick up the car I got at the place at 4:40pm what normal Bussines hours are to 5 pm and they said they doesn’t have the tractor on site bc everyone is leaving at 4:30 , I have been asked nicely so they can help me out . They even didn’t care they said we stop at 4:30 . At 4:50 they asked me to step outside bc they have to close the door ! I’ll send an nice email to the corporate office about this facility how they doing their job definitely. I had to drive back to Chicago in the same night I had just one car to pick up.
Buyer beware. DO NOT BUY ANY CAR FROM THIS LOCATION. Waiting on a title since July. They won’t buy it back and have no clue when the title will come. They also damage cars while waiting for sale.

This is my worst experience of buying a car at auction. Katie, this is a terrible person manager. Screaming, ill-mannered, angry, rude, and all this because I bought a truck to run and drive and the car does not start. After asking what should I do with it, Katie started shouting at me, nibbling, and her friend threatened to call the police. I definitely DO NOT recommend contacting this company to anyone. And I recommend the management to get rid of such employees who dishonor the company.
