I recently bought my KIA Niro from this dealer, and i had a great experience from the dealer. I first saw the Niro online using the car-gurus app(Would Recommend the app) and arrived on a Sunday afternoon. When i arrived there was some confusion from the Sales associate as to if the car was actually in stock, but luckily it was. While the sales associate was very new to the car sales business(everyone has to start somewhere), he demonstrated traits of excellent customer service willingness to spend the extra time and show me every detail of the car on the test drive. He also did the right thing when checking the manager on things that he may not have the correct answer to. This is import to me because one of my biggest peeves is misinformation. Overall im a satisfied customer although i would never use their service department since they try to mislead you with oil change information. The service department stressed oil changes have to be done every 3700 miles. i have attached pictures of the servicing manual highlighting the correct service interval for both normal and severe usage. Overall would recommend buying from them. and recommending them.

First class dealership! Beautiful facility and AMAZING costumer service. When you get down to it, that's what it's all about. You can get the car you want anywhere, but it's the commitment to top quality costumer service that will make you drive 340 miles round trip just to get the vehicle you desire. Mario, Jeff, Jim, and Nate are names you have to ask for. Don't forget to see Bob the owner. The man always has a smile on his face. That tells you something. If I could, I would give the dealership 10 STARS! God bless you all and keep up the great work!!!
