I'm on the keep fill program. And yet I've been out of propane now for four days. I've called twice a day and still no propane. Going to a different company today. Do your self a favor and skip these guys, you'll be warmer for it.

I tried to get a refill on our tank as I usually do here in West Branson, and what I went through was incredible!! I gave our account number and the person, who I couldn't understand due to the accent and who couldn't understand me, was horrible. I had to give all my information - AFTER giving her our account number and asked again for my phone # and when I told her she said that was incorrect and I asked her what she had for our number and she gave me yours!!!! Then told me the wrong price for a fill and after my questioning her information, SHE hung up on me!! I ended up calling the 800 number and got a nice person who helped me. But, that was the worst customer service ever. JSYK Sure was nice when we could talk to a person here in town . . guess those days are over. .

Called to setup a safety check and service. Set appointment for a week later from 8-12 in the morning. Took the day off work so serviced could be conducted. No one showed up between 8-12. So I went about my day. 2 hours after the time window my phone rang to see if I was available for service. When I asked about the original time slot no good answer was given. When you call America’s the recording announces “customer service and safety are our top priority”. Where’s the customer service, phone call, update, etc. I dedicated MY time to receive your service but apparently MY service isn’t a priority. As a new customer, very disappointed. **update** fuel arrived two weeks after purchase.....and now there’s a credit on my account which has yet to be refunded a month later due to lack of returning my phone calls or emails, terrible just terrible

Incredibly bad operation Nice customer service people, nice tank delivery person, but their system is terrible Waited a month for a tank. Would have been OK, but NOBODY called me! I have had to call them 5 times to try to get information about delivery. NOBODY ever called me back in spite of repeated requests. The delivery guy did not know they had to do a trench, Not in the notes but it would have been if they had called back to answer my questions I asked for a supervisor to call me back because I was upset at the situation,,, STILL waited for that call! Customer service say notes are left in my file, but I don't see them. Empty tank delivered, no trench, no gas, I need to coordinate with our plumbers, but you can't call the local offices. They blame it on their new computer system. This is BS!!!! A new system should be tested thoroughly, and bugs corrected, along with training of all personnel before it is rolled out. This was obviously not done. Very unhappy and still waiting for a call PS, They do not even have the correct address, but they do have my correct phone number

I have spoke with the customer relations department with amerigas so all these bad reviews are all a local office problem. The corporate office is not like this. I ordered propane on the 4th of January and was told it would be here no later than the 18th. Many many customer service calls and being lied to repeatedly and put on hold to never be picked back up, I finally contacted the person in charge of customer relations at UGI which is amerigas parents company. On the moening of the 20th at 930 am the truck shows up, I had since bought my own tank so I would have heat. He refused to put my previously purchased gas in my new tank and left with delivering the product I paid for 16 days prior.
