Wonderful experience. We did the VIP Plus and very much enjoyed the time with the animals. Handlers were well informed, friendly, and obviously cared for the animals. Excited they participate in conservation breeding programs. Loved the hands on nature we typically do not get from other zoos.

My dad and I went for the VIP tour and were blown away on how amazing and awesome this place was. When we first got there we showed the receptionist our tickets (that we bought online) and got in with no hassle. When we got in we still had time before the tour and decided to walk around, I just have to say that this was amazing! There are many animals that you can pet including but not limited to some Mini Horses, Goats, Muntjac Deer (which are adorable and are like mini dogs and love being pet). All of the animals are sweet and everybody working there had amazing service, and were very fun to talk to. This is a very fun place to go and I recommend it for any person wanting to go there.
AMAZING time! We did the VIP and for me and my 8 year old the VIP. She got to go in with the slots which was awesome. We also got to hold snakes, a kangaroo, and see lots of animals up close. My kids loved the parakeet paradise so much they went back in a second time, and the spider monkey was so entertaining. We stayed for hours and all four of us just loved it.
We booked the VIP Santa Light Tour. I’m not sure what happened but what I thought I had booked wasn’t what I had booked but they were very kind about fixing it and they made my families night. There were a lot of cool animals to see. At the end of the tour my family was allowed to get a picture with a real reindeer which my 9 year old daughter greatly enjoyed. Would like to come back again and take a day tour!
Love this zoo and what it stands for!! Been to zoos all over the country and this is one of the best. Love that you can feed the animals!!
