Very nice used clothing at reasonable prices. Only top name brands and no outdated clothing. There are always half price sales on certain items. Great place to get quality apparel at affordable prices. Very friendly and helpful staff.

When you want to sell your clothes you bring them in, they take a look at them and decide what they're going to sell and what they're not. They hand you back what they are not going to sell BEFORE you leave the store. If items are not sold within 90 days you can leave them there and they'll donate, or you can come pick them up. I originally turned in 24 items for consignment. I returned to the store when the allotted time had expired to pick up clothes that didn't sell. I was handed back 3 items. When I asked where the rest of my items were she told me that the day after I turned my clothes in she decided a bunch of the men's dress pants were not worth putting on the racks, and decided to donate them. I never got a call to come pick them up. She apologized for not calling me and told me she should have. I told her that she stole my clothes and as a professional business woman she should have called me to come pick them up because I could have sold them in my garage sale. She actually wanted to stand there and argue that I may not have been able to even sell them at my own garage sale because they weren't designer clothes. I told her that was not the point and NOT for her to decide. I then asked her for my credited money and told her that I would not be doing business at her store anymore. She said she understood. Well, Terri, thank you for your apology and understanding, but where is the compensation for MY clothes you say you donated? Consignors beware!
