We were very excited to go to this condo for spring break BUT with everything going on in the world and most businesses closing down we cancelled. Not only did this owner not refund us any money he would not even return our messages to see what can be done. When we booked this condo we had 24 hrs to cancel if needed. How can you possibly know to cancel within 24 hrs. This all was a very unique situation and it was VERY disappointing we never received a call and that the owner was not willing to work with us on refund or even to rebook for later date. Most likely we will not consider to stay there in the future. DISAPPOINTED FAMILY
