Came here to use up a pre-purchased package that included a timeshare tour. Most these places will tie-up your day and beat you up to buy, not these folks. They know their brand sells for those interested. I didn’t buy then, middle of a divorce, but will buy one day soon. The brand and the respect they show guests, their honesty... highly recommended

Staff was very friendly and professional. No pressure to buy, great presentation Nikole was very enjoyable. We ended up buying and have enjoyed our travels. Would for sure say give them a try. I know i have sent friends their way.
This was the worst excuse for a representative of such elite hotels imaginable!: AFTER driving 5 hours to get there we were given a big run a round and told we didn't have a place to stay and that we were on our own to find a place to stay because every where was booked. Was told Festiva would pay for the room but they refused to take our calls after that. To top the WONDERFUL experience with this Festiva corp. Less than a week, my credit card was charged AGAIN claiming we broke agreement to attend the sales siminar. We were finally refunded for that after blowing up and still argued with them for almost 2 months to get the initial cost refunded for the package. They kept claiming what happened was u usual and they wanted us to see that, finally they understood that I wanted nothing more to do with this company and was still never refunded for the horrible room we found over in west Branson!
Bought the time share and once we got into the system to price vacations we asked for our money back. They tell you the price of rare exceptions to the prices found using their service but in reality you can do as well or better with free travel services like Kayak or Priceline.
Absolutely the worst experience of our entire vacation!!!! We did other presentations in the past but this place was Extremely unprofessional and rude!! Told them from the get go we wasn't going to be able to purchase anything due to getting approved for a house purchase a few days prior to arrival...was told they would absolutely NOT pressure us into anything.. just say no at the end and we could go... WRONG!! The lady that did our presentation (who I told upfront that we wasn't able to buy anything no matter what!!!) kept trying to get us to buy...then another lady came over and tried...my wife had to leave and go to our vehicle to get meds due to her back hurting and they informed me I had to get her back in before they could continue...I told them we absolutely didn't want to buy anything no matter what but they still made me go out to my truck to get her... still told them no...and STILL kept getting pressure to buy!!! AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLAGUE!!! We filed a complaint and will continue to make sure everyone knows how horrible this place is...THANKS FOR SCREWING UP OUR VACATION!!!
