This hotel is a Two and a half star at best. Definitely not a three star hotel. Staff is friendly and welcoming. It's located in the heart of attractions within Branson. Near quite a few places to eat. The hotel does seem older. There is a small fitness facility as well as a laundromat. There is also a bistro for breakfast within the hotel. It is a mask mandated hotel. The room with two queen beds are the smallest queens beds I've ever seen. The pillows are quite old and lumpy. Their was in the toilet when we walked in. The shower didn't drain properly so we were standing in water up to our ankles while trying to shower.

Horrible experience! Save your and stay elsewhere. Don, a guest service rep, is absolutely rude, unprofessional and unapologetic. The room was not thoroughly cleaned. Table tops and surfaces were not wiped down. There were cup stains. Especially during a pandemic you’d think extra care and precaution would be taken. Poor planning, even at 7p.m rooms were not ready all in the name of being a busy day. Staff accordingly!!!! Do better Radisson!!
We enjoyed our stay. The hospitality was great, food was good, rooms were clean and the beds comfortable. We would recommend to pur friends.
Great location in the middle of the strip in Branson. Rooms are large and very clean. We enjoyed the pillow top bed. The staff is friendly and efficient. The hotel is quiet but has many amenities including an indoor/outdoor pool which is intriguing (especially for kids!). Understandably, during off season, the restaurants weren't open in mid-week but the menus look great. We will be coming back soon!
Very enjoyable stay. Staff were informative in checking in. Room was clean. Bed was comfortable. Good central location to so much in Branson. Breakfast buffet was good, service could have been better. No problems, will stay again.
I stayed two days at this hotel. The hotel is right in the heart of Brandon on the strip. The staff was very welcoming. The room was spacious,but not cleaned well. Lots of dust. Hair in the bathroom wasn't ours. The shower only had scalding hot water with no way to cool it down. The bed was comfy. Not sure if I would stay here again. If it was cleaned better,than possibly.
Maybe it was just the room that we were given but I was not impressed. There was a hole in the shower wall that made you feel like you were giving a peep show. The first bed sounded like a dolphin when you sat on the edge of it while the second bed was sunken in the middle. The ice machine wasn't working and the vending machine was taking your money without giving you the product. Gladly we only needed to stay for one night, otherwise we would have requested a different room. Other than that, the staff was nice and the place seemed clean.
The Radisson has me spoiled my husband and I spend our birthdays there in June they're back to back. The beds are cloud fluffy, the rooms are very comfortable. The parking is tight. But other than that a nice, clean ,safe , and an awesome Hotel to Rest. After sight seeing and having fun. The Boyd Family of always seems to get in on a excellent deal.
