This place has one of the best customer service in the fast food industry. After they take your order, they will bring it to your table and check to see if you need anything else. While they are serving others, they will check on you and clear whatever you want to discard. The place is clean and nicely decorated. The staff is friendly and helpful and the prices are good. They also carry items that are not available in other fast food places like a Ruben sandwich. Great place to eat, you'll love the experience.

Contrary to Google's information, they do not accept Google Pay here, which was why I decided to come here tonight. Decided to get a couple of burgers here anyway and was not disappointed. Hey Culver's, get Google Pay and I'll come more often.
I usually have nothing but good things to say about this company, and it’s chic fila like service. Sadly my last experience with this particular store was less than satisfactory. I ordered two Culver’s deluxe burgers, one single and the other a double. When I arrived to work shortly after, I noticed both were singles. Slightly irritated but still calm knowing Culver’s seemingly flawless customer service I called to address the matter in hopes of getting what I ordered, and payed for. After telling the manager about the error. He gave the snarky response “sounds like I owe you a single”. Instead of making it a double like it originally was he figured he could save a patty by off logic. It was petty. Instead of doing the right thing, he did the short term cost efficient thing. Being that this establishment is right around the corner from my job I would of gladly repeated business. All it takes it one bad apple though.
I ordered a sourdough patty melt with NO onions. I definitely got onions. The management offered to make another burger or give me some custard for free but I would rather have my food right the first time and I never take free substitutes for poor execution of the first order. I do this because people in the drive thru or ordering through a delivery service need to be fairly warned. This place will make it right but it may not be the first time. I enjoyed the custard (that I paid for) a lot. My children and wife enjoyed their food. Everything was correct and that had no complaints. I gave this place 4 stars because management did their best to rectify the situation. This place is very clean and I recommend you go here but only if you can dine-in. If you use the drive thru or a delivery then you are doing so at your own risk.
