Ordered got to window was told my card would not process yet no problem anywhere else and money was in bank. Common courtesy and absolutely no customer service skills what so ever no matter if there was an issue with card or issue with their machine this surely should have been handled differently. Right off the the staff person handed me card and said card won't process. I had just used with no problem I had her run it again still wouldn't process. I've never encountered this as a customer nor as a cashier but just right off the top of my head, common sense sounds like a system issue on their side frankly. My point bring you don't just handle it this way like so sorry too bad your fault not ours. Really they didn't even say sorry just rude. Went across the street used cars no problem. Train your employees if you want repeat customers.
Great place to pull up order your food, sit in your car. Be out but no worries cause you are in your car. Great food, love the BLT and good prices.
