This is about the fifth time we have ordered and got home to the wrong order. They keep offering to comp the meal but they need to fix the problem they seem to have a real problem with holding people accountable to do their jobs. We will not eat here again and that is a shame that we have to take out money out if town instead of supporting our local economy because they will not improve their service.
The past few times we have stopped by, they have either left out items we ordered or “forgot” to put the sauce that was requested upon their request in the bag. Unfortunate when you’re looking forward to something and when you get home and realize that it was only half way completed because of careless mistakes. I guess we will have to go out of our way to get Taco Bell from now on since the one right down the street can’t get it together.
Polite service through the drive thru. Not entirely happy about only getting 1 sauce per taco though! .
order a couple of Burrito Supreme & they were cold inside smh. Won't be going back again
